Tuscan Hills is a Gated, Resort Home Community with 90 Courtyard Villas and 70 Estate Villas, each with a 13 X 26 Screened Pool. The Mediterranean Style 2700 Sq. Ft. Clubhouse has a Fitness Room, Childs' Indoor Play Room, a Large Lounge, and a Covered Lanai looking out over a Tennis Court, Sand Volleyball Court, Tot Lot and Palm Garden.

Conveniently located on Highway 27, just minutes away from Walt Disney World and only one mile from Highway 192 with its abundance of shops and restaurants. A large Walmart store is no more than five minutes drive. The new (under construction) Posner Mall is also close by, and represents a huge development of designer outlets, eateries and a cinema complex. Many other attractions including SeaWorld, Universal, Wet and Wild, plus three championship golf courses, are all within easy reach. This villa has been completed to a high specification, with excellent workmanship throughout. With furniture and fittings of exceptional quality, every thought has been given to making any stay in the villa a tranquil and memorable one.

For the convenience of our guests, the management company is on site to help with anything you might require, including information on attractions and access to discounted park tickets - arrangements can be made on arrival.

This is a brand new 2 story, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom tastefully decorated home. Downstairs; A vaulted entryway leads to hall with stairs to the upper floor; spacious seating area with sliding doors to pool area, dining area, door to double garage; archway leads to fully equipped, bright kitchen, breakfast nook and further seating area with 32" TV, sliding doors to pool area; Master bedroom suite with Queen bed, walk-in closet, large bathroom with roomy shower cubicle, corner garden tub, his 'n' hers vanity basins, sliding doors to pool area. Upstairs; Spacious landing with 2 seater sofa and 20" TV, master bedroom with Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with bath/shower; 2nd bedroom with Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with bath shower, 3rd and 4th bedroom have twin beds. To the rear there is a fully screened, spacious patio area with pool and spa.

Well, what can I say - we've just returned from the most fabulous holiday of our lives!!
The villa was magnificent - totally surpassed all our expectations.  It is beautiful and so delightfully styled.

All our needs were fully met and there was nothing that wasn't catered for.  I (saddo) absolutely loved the washing machine - so much so, that I hope to buy a similar one now that I'm home!

Only problem was that we didn't find the hair dryer, which was in the only bedroom that we weren't using,  for a full week!

It was a fantastic development, so exclusive, quiet and well maintained.

Upon leaving we then went to the airport only to be advised that our flight had been cancelled and we were transferred to the Hilton in Altimonte Springs for an overnight stay. We, in contrast to other passengers, were Hi-5ing and thrilled to get an extra night!

I absolutely appreciate all your help and advice prior to the holiday and would have no hesitation in recommending your villa to others.
